Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you full control over your e-mailboxes and newsletters. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can redirect e-mails from one mailbox account to another, set up email filters, create auto-reply messages and defend your email accounts against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your mail accounts against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular e-mail box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtering your incoming mail messages based on certain criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your email box accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Simply specify the email box you wish to redirect electronic mails from, then specify the target mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you want to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
